Ecommerce Presentation

I have a second interview at a Supermarket (grocery chain). For which I am supposed to present a 10-slides findings on the overall existence of the business along with improvements.
Current Situation: the business is running 4 different ecommerce websites with following niche:
1. Grocery (Babycare, Grocery, Personal Care)
2. Fashion (Cosmetics, jewelry, apparel)
3. Women Apparel
4. Leather Goods i.e. men & women footwear, bags & clutches
(I will disclose the domain names later)
In this interview, they are expecting me to present anything under the cloud, related to their websites, that could depict my strong grip of ecommerce. This could be improvements required, competition analysis and most importantly how to grow from cumulative 500 orders per day to a 2500 orders per day level.
My main objective is: to first present the reason of why we should accumulate all efforts and house all the websites under one single big ecommerce website. Since the group's brand name in grocery is super strong, therefore I'd like to pitch them to bring all websites under the grocery chain domain name (1-2 slides with examples to support the argument and clear path of transition).
Other than the above, I would like suggest what should be the content of this presentation. Most importantly, I am looking for someone who help me build a really analytical type of deck. And alot of analysis can be puled from tools like Ahref, Similarweb and so on. Similarly, a clear approach of what needs to be done in the first 3 months based on the results of such tools etc. Similarly, they also want to know my understanding about logistics. How will the scale-up look like etc from logistics point of view
Again, I am just thinking loud here. I need someone who can figure out the content with me.
a) You should be guru in Digital Media Presentations from a performance mktg aspect
b) Great at presenting SEO analytics and overall media spend to conversion related metrics
c) Understands brand management and can clearly scope out the brand approach

Integrating with last mile and fulfilment partner system in order to streamline the processes and improve delivery timeliness to fulfillment within given timeline.
Currently we are processing 400-500 orders per day. We are forecasting 400% growth from current business revenue.
Planning for business line with realistic projections and to redesign/reengineer E-commerce business process to achieve desired numbers.
Work closely with other support departments i.e. Finance, IT, Warehouse etc.
Identifying the Improvement Areas (based on above gap, competitor analysis and forecasted creative requirement for upcoming challenges)
E-Commerce Structure:
We have a dedicated team looking after all the E-commerce operations from business strategy, backend support, warehouse operations till dispatching of orders.
