Job to be completed successfully. I want my website to be

in the top 10,000 alexa rank.

The thing is I DO NOT need the visitors to be real, or anything else. All I am asking is that my website be in the top 10,000 Alexa rank (must be 10,000 or under consitently). I know this is not an expensive job due to the nature of it (The visitors can be produced by any means). I need the website also to be sustained there for aslong as I want.
