SEO (links) for UK website

Need external SEO for my website [login to view URL] targeted for UK traffic. [login to view URL] I need at least 100 permanent, one-way, back links from UK sites, INCLUDING directories. THIS IS HOW IT WORKS: You check where my competitor's website [login to view URL] get their links from and submit my site there. EASY. You will need to do the job BY HAND, submit my site to each website and directory one by one. When you complete this task and if I like the results, I will give you more work and more sites to promote. When bidding, please write the following: I HAVE VISITED YOUR WEBSITE AND CHECKED YOUR COMPETITOR WEBSITE'S BACK LINKS (and you really have to do this!!!) and I can submit your site for example to the following websites (provide 3 examples).
