WordPress/Facebook Page Design and Integration

This project has three parts, all of which need to integrate into one consistent look/brand/image: NEW WEBSITE a. Build a website using a WordPress theme (Revival) which involves a slideshow in the banner. b. SEO is key. c. I will provide all the required content. d. Install Google Analytics. e. Link videos to my YouTube channel. f. Install shopping cart and autoresponder (I have not yet made a decision on providers and am open to your suggestions, based on your experience.) g. Add contact form on Contact page. h. Set up RSS feed in the navigation. i. Integrate with my Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. j. I need to be able to change and update content on my own on a continuing basis, (including flash file on home page.) DESIGN FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGE a. Design a visually appealing fan page that has the look and feel of the above website. b. Add static FBML tags that include anchor text that link back to my website. c. Add FBML tags to my blog. d. Need to be able to automatically import my blog into notes on my Facebook Page using RSS (set up to be automated). e. Provide the ability for me to embed business page on blog and website with the Like box. f. Install Facebook applications. g. Test after installation. DESIGN YOUTUBE CHANNEL PAGE a. Again, with the look and feel of the new website and Facebook business page. b. I will upload the videos, with descriptions and tags on my own. PROPOSED TIMELINE a. Proposals received by January 10, 2011 b. Winning bidder notified by January 12, 2011 c. Beta site for review by January 18, 2011 d. Proposed site launch January 21, 2011 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Please respond to this posting only if you can easily meet all the above specifications, have experience in all these areas, and are able to perform all parts of this task on your own and on time, with no delays. (Delays make me crazy and will result in cancellation of the contract.) I want to be able to communicate directly with the person who is doing the work. So you must be willing to interact with me directly via Skype. a. In your response, you need to show me that you understand what I need, have the skills and experience to meet the requirements of the job, and have the time available to complete the job by the deadline. b. I need to work with someone who understands Social Media Marketing. c. You must have sufficient experience with installing WordPress templates and customizing WordPress themes, plugins and post-types. d. Site needs to be well optimized for the search engines. So you must consider yourself expert at SEO. e. You must be familiar with opt-in processes, autoresponders, and merchant services. f. If you are able to demonstrate exceptional skills (such as guaranteed search engine placement / SEO ranking / other relevant skills) you should advertise this fact and produce proof. g. I will want your recommendations – based on your experience with clients -- regarding which shopping cart, autoresponder and hosting company I should select. (I now use GoDaddy, but I understand that WordPress and GoDaddy are not compatible. I do have an existing account with Hostgator.) TERMS a. Make your bid a single sum fee (to complete the project). (Unfinished bits and pieces also make me crazy . . . ) b. Please make sure you provide at least three examples of your work/portfolio in your initial bid (URLS). c. Price sensitive Quotes in USD please. d. I pay through PayPal, always pay on time and within 24 hours of completion of the project. f. Bidders must be able to demonstrate their previous work. If you send me a non-customized template of your experience, you will be automatically disqualified, because I want to see immediately whether or not you understand exactly what this project requires, and whether or not you can meet those needs by January 21st. g. Bidders must disclose any relevant conflicts of interest. h. This job will have a seven-day deadline after which it will be pulled and reassigned.
