Good morning, I am a fully qualified Adwords consultant based in the UK and this is a problem I have seen a lot of, especially during my time working at Google. 1. what strategies being followed by our compititor: This is almost impossible to know for sure without being on the inside of your competitor's marketing strategy. One thing that jumps out for me however is that they are utilising 'Google My Business' in a much more efficient manner. Another reason however is that they could be bidding much more money than you on Google Ads on all of the keywords you highlighted, including your business name. As your search was on a mobile device, I am more inclined to say it is the former, they are utilising 'Google My Business' much more efficiently (when I do the same search on a laptop, your business shows first in the search results but you have no presence on Google Maps). 2. what needs to be done by us to show up on top: This is difficult to say in any great detail without looking over your marketing campaign. You definitely need to fix your 'Google My Business' details which can be done over a one week period. You could also run a Google Ads campaign however this might not put you above your competitor on a mobile device search.
