Directory submission multiple sites

We are looking for a service provider to submit at least 5 different websites to a list of 100 top web directories with the highest Google PR and greatest longevity.
We need proof of the submissions in the form of an Excel file with specific links to the submitted URLs.
The directories, must be:
- On different C-IP class blocks in order to qualify.
- The page where the site is submitted to must be in Google's cache.
- The actual link must be a static link to the sites we provide without the “nofollow” attribute.
Only bid if you:
