1) Vendor Requirements -Competent, reliable professional with proven track record in SEO (Organic) for promotion of new site. -Portfolio of track record - URL's + Key Phrases (preferably with outline of works done in order to achieve top 10 ranking). -Successful candidate has to present a plan of action for tasks below. 2) Tasks -Link Building to complement an SEO project already underway. Suggestions of how many links are needed. -Asses current strategy for further improvement (if suggestions adopted to be able to carry them out). -Clear time frame to top 10. 3) Link Building -ONLY permanent Links -NO links from illegal, gambling, violent, or pornographic sites. -NO automated linking systems -NO links from off-topic websites -NO links from pages with more than 50 outgoing links. -NO spam, FFA, link farms, web ring, software-submission or black hat offers are permitted. -NO rel=”nofollow” links in the code. -Links placed under vendors company name. -All works logged and recorded. 4) Targets -Succesful combination of skills. -Top 10 ranking in shortest possible time for this project. -Top 10 Google (5 phrases) for this project. -We are looking to establish a long term relationship with the right candidate. - Payment conditions: 50% on agreement, 25% on agreed time/results, remainder on completion of agreement.
