Looking for a VA experience in managing directories and membership sites

Hi, I am looking for a VA who has ample experience managing directories and membership sites with following day to day activities/responsibilities: 1. Setting up site (initial training will be given) 2. Getting custom design and development done from developers(Developers will be assigned at company costs) 3. Helping in hiring process of developers and other non-technical roles. 4. Data gathering of companies for the directories, outreaching them, 5. Email marketing 6. Responding emails, responding support tickets, etc. 7. Onboarding members(businesses that gets listed on our site) 8. Telecalling. 9. SEO of website, onpage, offpage, technical aspects. 10. Social media management of facebook linkedin and twitter 11. Participating in fb and linked groups, getting more members 12. Building landing pages 13. Creating and managing fb and google ads successfully to get more clients and leads. 14. Managing the website backend, onboarding members(businesses that gets listed) and helping all members and clients. Basically overall management of a membership site. This will end up being the long term hiring, with monthly budget of $300-400 monthly. If someone is in India, would be good. If someone is in Hyderabad, India would be far better.
