Make 5 page SEO wordpress website

I need a 5 page website that is built on worpress on and SEO theme like Astra, ocean WP, Zita or zakra.
The website will be for a digital marketer offering websites and SEO. There will be a home page, services page, contact page on top header then a privacy policy and terms and conditions page on the bottom footer.
You need to make this with friendly page builder so I can edit stuff myself.
I have all of the wording and images I can send.
The website needs to be search engine optimised so correct use of tags, meta, html etc etc.
Please don't give me a template or demo site as I can do these myself. I know what I want and if you are good at this it won't take you long as it's mapped out in my head.
I will give you hand sketches for you to use as a rough guide but you're welcome to be creative as well or course.

My budget it low but if you nail this job I will have more for you in future as one of the services I offer is web design and development and I cant do it all myself.
