Mega Keyword Research Project - Multiple Workers Required!

Hello,

I am looking for a keyword research expert who can perform keyword research on a given list of 1500 brand names. Use keyword variants by reordering words with the same meaning to find additional keywords and then filter that list by using the criteria listed below:

- All three Short-tail, Mid-tail, and Long-tail keywords are allowed.

- The keywords should be ranked with the highest volume at first then sized by descending order of popularity in the excel sheet.

- Avoid Informational Keywords (For e.g: Where to book Hyatt Place New York Chelsea)

- Avoid Brand Level keywords unless you didn't find any competition on main keyword variations (For. e.g: "Hyatt Place New York" as it will return all the properties of this brand in the city)

- Navigational & Transactional Keywords

- Keyword Variation/Phrase match should be closed enough to match the same (For e.g: Hyatt Place Chelsea NYC, Hyatt Place NY Chelsea)

- Pick up to 5 keywords for each property

- In the proposal, use the word "ilovetravel" so I know you have read this whole instructions.

- Carefully review as the same brand keywords can confuse you with results. (Don't pick "Hyatt Place New York Midtown South" as it presents different property at different address)

Incentive: $20 per 1500 recordsets. I need 1.2 million properties/hotel keyword research so you can expect continuity of work from me.
