Server Application/Database Developer Required

UK ONLY – preferably based near Surrey. Developers OR Company needed to work with ambitious online betting game company based in Surrey. Experience in securing game/application engines and admin systems and databases. Experience of setting-up server systems that maintain performance levels under high loads of traffic. Experience of coding extremely robust engines to control multiple and simultaneous server events and server responses to incoming (client initiated) events. Must be able to develop applications that are highly portable as the final product will be integrated into various 3rd party server systems. The main integration would be database related, not so much with the application itself. Proven experience is essential, as is the ability to work on your own (remotely) AND as part of a team. Anyone particularly experienced in server-side security procedures would have a distinct advantage. We would consider taking on 2 developers with distinct complementary skill sets OR 2 developers (very experienced) with similar skills sets. Anticipated key skills : Java, C++, Oracle, SQL server, Linux, various middleware languages. Please send CVs and relevant URLs. Good pay/initial 3 month contract.
