To add 2 more hard disks to an existing raid 1

Job Description:
To add 2 more hard disks to an existing raid 1. But we shouldn't lose any data.
Is it possible?
If not, remove the original raid config , and then create a brand new raid volume with all of the drives at one time
If not, the 2 600 GB hard drives I would like to configure them by adding another raid 1 to have the following configuration: 2 raid 1 arrays, the first (the original) with 2 300 GB hard drives, while the second (TO BE CREATED) with 2 600 GB hard drives. Is it possible to do this?
BUT BOTH RAID 1 SHOULD BE IN C DRIVE
Note:- As I said , 2 hard disks are of 300 GB and 2 hard disks are of 600 GB. Is that an issue, the volume difference?
