The immediate curriculum centres on: • Service Portal Configuration • ITOM and ITSM best practices, real-world configuration tips, and troubleshooting approaches Sessions are delivered live online in English to teams working on Gulf Standard Time. Fluency in English is non-negotiable; conversational Arabic would be an advantage when fielding questions, yet it isn’t mandatory. Certified Implementation Specialists or certified trainers will naturally rise to the top of the shortlist.
