I need an interviewer with advanced, hands-on mastery of ServiceNow who can run a purely technical screening for prospective hires. The conversation must probe deep into real-world use of the platform across the three key modules we rely on every day: • IT Service Management • IT Operations Management • IT Business Management You will design the questions, conduct the live video or phone session, and give me a concise written assessment highlighting each candidate’s strengths, gaps, and overall recommendation. Please include practical scenario-based questions that reveal configuration, integration, and troubleshooting skills rather than basic theory. If you have led complex implementations, tuned performance, or built custom applications within these modules, that’s exactly the background I’m after. Let me know your typical turnaround time for the interview report and any tooling preferences (Zoom, Teams, recorded sessions, etc.).
