Saya membutuhkan tenaga operator produksi untuk membantu proses pembuatan T-shirt kasual di workshop kami. Fokus utama pekerjaan meliputi pengoperasian mesin jahit dan obras, pemotongan bahan sesuai pola, serta quality control dasar sebelum kaos masuk ke tahap pengepakan. Lingkup kerja: • Menyiapkan bahan, memeriksa tekstur dan ketebalan kain cotton combed yang kami gunakan. • Mengoperasikan mesin jahit high-speed dan obras industri secara efisien, memastikan tiap sambungan rapi dan sesuai standar ukuran. • Melakukan trimming benang, pengecekan cacat jahitan, dan sortir akhir sebelum kaos dikemas. • Menjaga kebersihan area kerja serta mencatat output harian di lembar produksi digital (Google Sheets). Kualifikasi yang saya cari: • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di produksi pakaian kasual, khususnya kaos. • Terampil menggunakan mesin jahit industri (Juki, Brother, atau setara). • Memahami basic quality control garmen. • Mampu bekerja dalam target kuantitas per shift tanpa mengorbankan kualitas.
