Expert SharePoint and Nintex 365 Advisement

Would like to hire someone to advise me on SharePoint/Nintex (365) issues that I have that I can fix. I can't give access to the site which is why maybe we can chat about the questions I have. Here is an example of some of the issues that I am having:

Need help with regex to extract the first and last name from the display name to insert into a Nintex email (Getting user details function isn't working in Nintex)

Need to resolve issue with displaying image in Nintex workflow email. I am hardcoding the image and it won't appear in Outlook after telling Outlook to display images. I have tried using an image from an HTML site and the URL from an image stored in an SP library (with permissions set to allow everyone).

Also trying to resolve an issue with trying to open a Nintex form from an email link in edit mode. It only opens in display mode. I haven't been able to figure this out with Nintex forms in 365.
