I need someone with knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint lists and Flow.
1. The task is to modify the fields of a SharePoint list (already exists) that consolidates items from other lists (15 lists), the general list and individual lists need to be synchronized with the same information always, if I edit or add an item in list 1, that edition and addition must be replicated in the general list that we must create, if I edit or add an item in the general list, that edit or addition must be replicated in list two for example. Delete an item too.
The general list and the 15 individual lists need to have the same structure/fields.
2. After this insert in a group office 365 calendar which every Sharepoint member need to have access, on the specified date some information that are in this list automatically, through a trigger, using flow.
3. When someone input 100% status in a item, we need to cancel the event on the calendar. And when the schedule date has passed and the task has not been completed, the schedule should go to the next day automatically. That is, there will be no scheduling in progress on past dates. It will always be cumulative from today onwards, using flow.
4. All items in the lists have an ID number, but this ID is different between the general and individual lists. Now this need to be the same ID being unique for each item.
