We have developed an application in SharePoint 2016 - Quality and Program Management. We desire to improve the look and feel of this site.
We are seeking an experienced person / team in graphic design and who has worked on SharePoint sites.
Please submit a bid and share previous work of designs for SharePoint Sites.
Details of project and please see screen shots in files section.
Environment is SharePoint 2016 – Classic
• Master Page has not been modified
• Have added Script editor to add CSS scripts to restrict things from appearing on page(s)
• No HMTL pages used
• Use term store driven navigation
• There is no preferred corporate branding or color requirements – this will be worked out with selected bid winner.
The Quality Management Solution a sub-site accessed from the home page. It is sub-site Level 1 >> see LU-Sandbox pdf for structure.
It shows the structure of the Luster Sandbox, but we ONLY want the Subsite QM and below to be worked on for this project. Think of it as its’ own site.
How many different structures in pages?
It has 4 Levels and below Subsite Level 3 we have 8 Libraries in each Path
These Libraries have Folders
There is a Program Path and there is a Project Path - Both are nearly identical.
No Iframes are used in the site.
Custom Solutions: MediaRich for SharePoint, Nintex – neither will need any look and feel changes
Custom Webparts: MediaRich for SharePoint, Nintex - neither will need any look and feel changes
There are SharePoint Forms for confirming metadata, etc.
For Upload of files we use Nintex Forms
Each level requires a design to be created since each level is a different page structure. In total this will be 4 levels and 4-page designs that are cohesive. The navigation will stay on the top and the term store navigation will be on the left-hand side where displayed. The top navigation will be redesigned in look and action, but not in relation or effect. There are some other dialog windows to address for look and feel and that is it.
