Creating a purchase order register in SharePoint and InfoPath that creates the purchase order, populates the purchase order register and completes a workflow process based on the attached flow diagram. At end of process a purchase order form will be created that will be able to be printed to hard copy or PDF and sent to the supplier. System needs to be flexible to allow future additional workflow for invoice approval and potential links to approved supplier lists created in SharePoint. Purchase order form will be supplied to successful candidate, and rough outline of the approval process is attached.
