We are looking for an AWESOME virtual assistant to join our AWESOME team to:
- Go through support email inbox and assign emails and tasks to different people in the company depending on subject matter (email management and filtering)
- Answer Support questions regarding store or orders
- Place Oberlo Orders
- Update excel sheet with new orders for products that can't be processed through oberlo
- Answer Facebook Messenger messages (live chat)
- Have impeccable English writing and speaking abilities
- Have Experience using Oberlo, Shopify and Data entry
- Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service with Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to think and act independently
- High levels of loyalty and able to work within a team and an organization
- Cares about customers well being
