We are looking for a skilled investigator or researcher who can contact Shopify's customer support or any insiders within Shopify to clarify some critical questions related to an ongoing issue affecting our SaaS platform. We have a SaaS platform that tracks sales for Shopify stores. Recently, we've been experiencing issues with the 'updated_at' timestamp on products within Shopify stores. Previously, this timestamp would only update when an actual sale was made or a product was updated. Now, it's updating with every action, such as 'add to cart,' rendering our tracking mechanism ineffective.
