Issue with Stock Sync app on my Shopify Store

Hello! I have added the App Stock Sync to my Shopify Store. I am having difficulty setting it up to connect my one supplier's inventory updates with my store. My supplier emails me 3 times a week with an updated inventory feed. I want this App to be able to update by store inventory based on the supplier's emails.
