My approach would be focused on functionality and UX rather than a full redesign. I’ll work on a duplicate theme first and carefully implement the required changes before production deployment. The priority will be rebuilding the personalization journey into a clean: Format → About → Photos → Language flow. I’ll create structured, editable About questions, keep the final additional-information field optional, remove unnecessary photo restrictions, allow 0 photos, improve mobile uploads, and correctly enforce the required Language step. Alongside the order flow, I’ll improve the homepage messaging and product imagery, build a manageable book examples page, standardize the customer-facing email, add Instagram to the footer and implement affiliate/referral tracking with unique links/codes, attribution and reporting. For any affiliate app, I’ll first recommend the best option and clearly provide its monthly cost. Nothing paid will be installed without approval. I can also plan the future personalized first-page preview as a separate phase, using the customer's submitted data to generate a visual preview without adding unnecessary complexity to the initial build.
