Require a simple database that records who dispatched what item when.
I have a excel sheet that someone currently ticks of when its being loaded onto a van (file attached). I want to replace this with a database & barcodes. I want the database to be open at dispatch and the dispatch guy scans each item as it goes past him along with his own personal barcode that then logs what item is on the van and who put it on when.
The database must:-
Take a excel sheet (attaached) and import it into the database and assign it a job number
Be able to pull up a sheet via Job number for dispatch job
Take note of who dispatched it and at what time date
Allow users the ability to add items to the imported excel sheet (job sheet)
Be able to add remove dispatch user account
Data base has the ability to print dispatch labels for each item on a dispatch sheet.
