I work with 3CX v20 all the time, and that single registration issue with Intertelecom usually just means the old PBX is still fighting for the connection. I can get that locked down so your inbound and outbound calls are stable. The main risks are single-registration conflicts, wrong inbound or outbound routing, voicemail gaps, IVR fallback errors, and office-hours rules sending calls to the wrong destination. I would first verify how Intertelecom expects trunk registration and whether the old PBX is still active, then rebuild the SIP trunk and test inbound, outbound, app login, ring group, and IVR flow. Is the old Intertelecom PBX still registering the same trunk now? Do you have one main DID only, or multiple numbers that need separate routing?
