Skype fax

need an application whereby a pre-registered fax message (pdf or word) is automatically sent to a list of phone numbers via my username in skype.

so - to speak simply: i make a list (in excel, in .txt or another form) on the one hand - on the other hand i have a fax message that i want is sent to that list of people at that phone/fax number. but, instead of using the normal phone line, i want to do it with skype or - another possibility - with gizmoproject. prefer skype as the numbers are usually in another country and is more cost-effective.

should work in either windows or in mac osx

i am open to other pricing offers, but you will have to reason them clearly.
