Small MS Access Project

Needing somebody to develop a small Access database project that includes the following:

The project is a "loan pipeline" database. Must be developed in a RUNTIME mode so that each user does not need Access to be installed. One of the three users will be the supervisor which can have Access 2003 installed, if necessary.

I need to have the primary data file folder to be accessed as a shared folder on a network (already in place). Do not need multiple users to be able to access the database at the same time, but a “file in use” message would be very helpful.

(2) Regular Users: with input/viewing/changes/Report 1 access

(1) Supervisor User: with full input/viewing/changes/supervisor/Reports 1 and 2 access.

(3-5) Viewing Users: with Report 1 viewing only access.

Regular users will input the basic terms of new loan requests containing (21) data fields.

Input via only one basic, but professional form for (18) of the fields. The (3) remaining fields are calculated.

I have a sample layout of the report formats that includes all of the data fields and the field formatting in an Excel worksheet that can be used as a template to create the database (though the spreadsheet is not set up as a database). This sample layout does not have the columns formatted to the correct widths. All of the fields from the Report 1 layout should be required in order to complete a Record Entry, except the Total Revenue field, which should calculate as the total of the “Orig/Pts” field and the “Premium/Loss” field.

Only need two reports formatted:

(1) Mortgage Loan Pipeline Report - Basic output of (18) of the (21) data fields.

(2) Mortgage Loan Production Report – (12) of the (21) data fields but have (3) additional fields that will calculate from other fields provided. [basic math = addition,subtraction,multiplication,division]

Need each report to print independently based on the User level, in nice report format.

This project will be used to track loans throughout the month with weekly and monthly status reports printed to show which loans are still in process and which have closed, based on the users input of a "closed date" as one of the fields.
