My goal is to turn our CEO’s LinkedIn profile into a consistently active, high-value channel that attracts the right connections, sparks meaningful conversation, and positions the company as a thought-leader. To make that happen, I need a partner who can fully own three areas: • Crafting and publishing regular updates that blend timely industry news, original insight, and company announcements. You will source or create the material, shape it to match our tone, and keep a steady cadence without my constant input. • Expanding the CEO’s network by identifying and sending relevant connection requests, accepting quality invitations, and pruning anything that dilutes the feed. • Jumping into the comment sections and direct messages to acknowledge reactions, answer basic questions, and flag any high-value leads or PR opportunities for me. A weekly content calendar, written posts ready for review, and a short engagement report every month will serve as acceptance criteria. I’m eager for someone who can operate with minimal supervision yet still keep me in the loop on key metrics and strategic shifts.
