Responsibilities * Manage recruitment activities through LinkedIn. * Build professional connections and engage with potential candidates. * Source qualified candidates and guide them through the hiring process up to the interview stage. * Communicate with candidates professionally and maintain regular follow-ups. * Post recruitment content and engage with hiring communities. * Use Facebook or Reddit to find potential candidates by creating posts, commenting in relevant communities, and engaging with job seekers. Requirements * Must be based in Europe (preferred: UK, Germany, France, or other European countries). * Active and verified LinkedIn profile. * Minimum 300+ LinkedIn connections. * Good communication and networking skills. * Experience or interest in HR, recruitment, social media management, or talent sourcing. * Must have an active Facebook or Reddit account for additional candidate sourcing. Payment * Initial payment is performance-based, depending on the number and quality of candidates you successfully source. * If your LinkedIn profile has strong engagement and you consistently deliver good results, your weekly payment will be increased based on your performance.
