I will assign you an initial batch of 60 Italian-language Facebook profiles and provide all data, scripts, and short video tutorials you need. Your main objective is to run genuine interaction cycles—each one averages about 12½ minutes—so the accounts look and feel like real people. The core of each cycle is meaningful engagement on posts: replying to existing comments in an authentic voice, adding fresh comments that fit the conversation, and using reactions where appropriate. To keep the activity natural you’ll also send a few friend requests and sprinkle in page or post likes, but the priority is always comment-level engagement with personal profiles rather than business pages. I track progress through a simple Excel sheet that you’ll update at the end of every shift. Record the profile handled, start-end time, and a short note on what you did; that’s how we calculate pay. Expect at least 15–20 full cycles daily to start. As you get faster—and as we grow the team—we’ll scale up to 250–300 cycles across roughly 300 profiles.
