Social Media & Content Specialist (Remote) About Us: CRMactivate is a digital marketing and automation agency helping businesses grow through branding, social media, websites, automation, and customer engagement. We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Specialist to help manage and grow social media accounts for multiple businesses including beauty salons and local brands. Responsibilities: - Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content - Design posts and stories using Canva - Edit short-form videos/reels - Write captions in English (Arabic is a plus) - Schedule content using Meta Business Suite - Follow branding guidelines - Assist with content planning and campaigns - Research trends and viral ideas - Engage with followers and messages when needed - Work closely with the CRMactivate team remotely Requirements: Experience managing social media pages Good design sense and attention to detail Familiarity with Canva and CapCut Understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends Organized and responsive Strong communication skills English required Arabic is a major advantage Bonus Skills: Meta Ads knowledge AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) Experience with salons, beauty, or local businesses Position Type: Remote Part-time or Full-time Monthly salary based on experience
