Social Media Lead Generation

I’m looking for a hands-on partner to take full ownership of my brand’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn with the objective to craft impactful strategies and deliver consistent, high-quality content that builds awareness, educates our audience, and strengthens our brand identity. Here’s what the job looks like day-to-day. You’ll plan and publish original content that blends eye-catching graphics with short-form video—think reels, quick explainer clips, and motion posts that stop the scroll. Conversation is just as important, so you’ll actively respond to comments and DMs, sparking genuine discussions that move prospects further down the funnel. Performance matters. You will monitor each platform’s analytics dashboards, translate the numbers into insights, and deliver a concise report at the end of every month detailing what worked, why it worked, and how we’ll iterate next cycle. Requirements • Proven experience in social media management (preferably for healthcare, med-tech, or technology brands). • Strong content creation skills (graphics, short videos, copywriting). • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design/video tools. • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube algorithms. • Ability to plan campaigns, stick to schedules, and deliver measurable results. • Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills. Deliverables I expect each month: • Monthly content calendar aligned with brand themes. • At least 12 posts per month (mix of graphics, reels, and educational content). • Monthly analytics & growth report. • Ideas for campaigns, community engagement, and growth strategies.
