We’re hiring a proven short-form expert to build, manage, grow, and monetize TikTok accounts and YouTube Shorts from zero. Remote — preferred outside Europe (Philippines, LATAM, South Asia, etc.).  Serious candidates only: you must show real results (analytics screenshots). You will handle A–Z Strategy + niche research + testing (hooks, formats, retention) Short-form content production (ideas/scripts + editing or full production) Posting + profile management + basic community Analytics reporting + optimization Monetization setup & execution (affiliate, leads, UGC, offers, brand deals) Pay (Monthly, Net — no hourly) €600–€800  net/month (based on proof + scope)  Potential increase for consistent monetization systems.
