Twitter Post Automation Assistant

I need a streamlined way to publish pre-approved content to Twitter without manual effort. The job is centred on social-media posting automation: configuring a workflow that takes text (and the occasional image or video) from my content calendar and pushes it live on Twitter at scheduled times. I already have the copy and media; what’s missing is the behind-the-scenes engine.
