# Project Brief: Wishlink Profile Setup and Instagram Product Linking ## Project Overview I am looking for a Wishlink creator or manager who can set up and manage my Wishlink profile from scratch. The project involves reviewing my Instagram content and correctly linking all relevant products featured across my stories, reels, posts, highlights, and older content. The objective is to create a well-organised, fully functional Wishlink storefront that makes it easy for my audience to discover and purchase the products I genuinely use, wear, recommend, or feature in my content. ## Scope of Work ### 1. Wishlink Profile Setup Set up and optimise my complete Wishlink creator profile, including: * Profile image and creator information * Bio and profile description * Category selection * Social media integration * Payment and account setup guidance, wherever required * Storefront organisation * Relevant collections and product categories * Profile optimisation for better discoverability and conversions ### 2. Instagram Content Audit Review my Instagram profile thoroughly, including: * Existing reels * Feed posts * Carousels * Story highlights * Older stories saved within highlights * Travel, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, home, pet and everyday-use content The creator must identify every product that can be linked or monetised through Wishlink. ### 3. Product Identification and Linking For every relevant Instagram story, reel or post: * Identify the exact or closest available product * Find the correct product link from Wishlink-supported platforms * Avoid linking random or visibly different products * Confirm colour, design, size, model or variant wherever possible * Add suitable alternative products only when the original product is unavailable * Ensure all links are active and functional * Organise products under relevant collections Examples of possible categories include: * Travel outfits * Jewellery and accessories * Beauty and skincare * Shoes and bags * Home products * Kitchen products * Travel essentials * Electronics and gadgets * Dog and pet products * Everyday lifestyle products ### 4. Story Highlight and Old Story Linking The creator will review all existing Instagram story highlights and the older stories saved within them. This includes: * Going through every relevant highlight from beginning to end * Identifying products visible, mentioned or recommended in each story * Finding the exact or closest available product on Wishlink-supported platforms * Creating and organising the relevant Wishlink links * Mapping each highlighted story to its corresponding product link * Identifying stories where more than one product can be linked * Suggesting suitable alternatives where the original product is no longer available * Checking that all selected links are active, accurate and relevant * Organising products according to the relevant highlight, trip, category or theme * Flagging stories where the product cannot be confidently identified instead of adding an incorrect link The scope of this section is specifically for existing and older stories saved in highlights. It does not include managing or linking newly uploaded daily stories unless separately agreed upon. ### 5. Reels and Posts Linking For all relevant reels and posts: * Identify every product visible or mentioned * Create a complete linked product list * Suggest suitable captions or pinned comments mentioning that links are available * Create collections for specific reels, trips, looks or themes * Update older content with relevant product links wherever possible * Ensure viewers can easily locate the products featured in a particular reel or post ### 6. Old Content Backlinking A major part of this project is reviewing previously posted content and monetising it. The creator must: * Go through older reels and posts * Identify evergreen and high-performing content * Prioritise content with strong reach, saves, shares or product enquiries * Add relevant products to Wishlink collections * Create a clear mapping of which products belong to which reel or post * Recommend which older content should be reshared through stories with product links ### 7. Storefront Organisation The Wishlink storefront should not look like a random collection of products. It should be organised into clear and visually relevant collections such as: * Shop My Travel Looks * Ladakh Travel Essentials * Everyday Jewellery * Beauty Products I Actually Use * Home and Kitchen Finds * Products for Dog Parents * Remote Travel Essentials * Work-from-Home Finds * Current Favourites * Most Asked-About Products The final collection names may be improved based on my content style and audience. ## Deliverables The creator will be expected to deliver: * Fully set-up and optimised Wishlink profile * Complete review of existing Instagram content * Complete review of all relevant story highlights and older stories saved within them * Product links for relevant reels, posts and highlighted stories * Organised Wishlink collections * A tracker containing: * Instagram content link or reference * Highlight name, where applicable * Product name * Product platform * Wishlink link * Content category * Status * A list of unavailable products requiring alternatives * A list of products or stories that could not be confidently identified * A list of high-potential older posts and reels that can be monetised * Suggested weekly linking and resharing plan * Ongoing support for future stories, reels and posts only if separately agreed upon as a monthly engagement ## Working Style The creator should be: * Detail-oriented * Familiar with Wishlink and affiliate platforms * Comfortable researching exact products * Able to understand lifestyle and travel content * Capable of differentiating between genuine recommendations and forced selling * Organised enough to maintain a proper product and content tracker The person should not add unrelated products simply to increase the number of links. Product relevance, accuracy and audience trust are extremely important. ## Payment Terms The total payment for the project will be **₹20,000**. Payment will be made in two parts: * **₹10,000 advance** after the project scope, timeline and deliverables are formally accepted * **₹10,000 final payment** after the complete project has been submitted, reviewed and approved The advance confirms the booking of the project and commencement of work. The final payment will only be released after all agreed deliverables have been completed satisfactorily. This includes: * Complete Wishlink profile setup * Review of all agreed reels, posts, highlights and older highlighted stories * Accurate product identification and linking * Completion of the product and content tracker * Proper organisation of the Wishlink storefront and collections * Correction of errors, broken links or inaccurate product mappings identified during review * Submission of all final project files, trackers and access details If the work is incomplete, inaccurate, improperly organised or does not match the agreed scope, the final payment may be withheld until the pending work and required corrections are completed. Payment may also be withheld in the following situations: * Significant portions of the Instagram content are not reviewed * Story highlights or older highlighted stories are skipped without prior approval * Incorrect, random or visibly unrelated products are linked * Broken, inactive or duplicate links are not corrected * The tracker is incomplete or does not clearly map content to products * Deliverables are submitted without proper organisation * Agreed revisions or corrections are not completed * The creator stops responding or abandons the project before completion * Login credentials, private information or account data are mishandled or shared * The work is falsely represented as complete when major portions remain pending The final payment will be released once the creator completes the pending items and the full project is approved. The advance payment may be adjusted or withheld from any final settlement if the creator abandons the project, breaches confidentiality, misuses account access or fails to deliver a meaningful portion of the agreed work. Any task added outside the scope of this brief will be discussed and priced separately before the additional work begins. ## Access and Coordination Required access or information will be shared securely. The creator may be provided with: * Wishlink account access * Instagram content references * Archived story screenshots or recordings * Product names or purchase links already available * Brand and audience information * Content calendar, where applicable Any login information or private account details must remain confidential. The creator must not change passwords, recovery details, payment information, account ownership information or security settings without written permission. All account access must be used only for the completion of this project. ## Initial Project Requirement The first phase will be a complete one-time setup and backlog review. After satisfactory completion, the project may continue as a monthly engagement for: * Daily story links * Reel and post product linking * Collection updates * Link checks * Product research * Performance tracking * Wishlink revenue optimisation
