Event Reels for Fashion trade show

I have a library of raw footage from our last China Clothing Textiles & Accessories Expo in Sydney and Melbourne—two separate videographers captured hours of material. Between mid-September and opening day, I need that footage shaped into a steady stream of 10- to 15-second social reels that showcase real attendee experiences and encourage potential visitors to register. Interview clips are the preferred backbone, but you’ll have plenty of b-roll to weave around those sound-bites so the edits feel energetic and current. Every reel must carry our branding consistently: the official logo overlay, the established colour palette, and our short taglines. I’ll supply the brand kit and any motion assets you need. Final exports should be vertical, ready for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook, with captions burned in and audio balanced for mobile playback. If schedules align and budget permits, we may require you on-site in Melbourne, 18-20 November, to capture fresh interviews, crowd reactions and quick cutaways—essentially extending the same “attendee-experience” theme with live content that can roll out during show week. Gear choice is up to you as long as you deliver clean 4K or high-quality 1080p footage and good audio.
