I'm seeking an experienced online reputation manager to enhance my Google Business Profile, with a primary focus on improving reviews and ratings. Key Tasks: - Improve reviews and ratings: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our overall ratings. - Manage all reviews: Address negative, positive, and neutral reviews professionally and promptly. - Encourage customer reviews: Suggest and implement effective methods to encourage customers to leave reviews (beyond email campaigns, in-store prompts, or social media reminders). Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record in online reputation management. - Strong communication skills for responding to reviews. - Experience with Google Business Profile. - Ability to develop creative strategies for encouraging customer reviews. - Experience in running email campaigns would be a plus.
