I want to bring the daily life of our students and staff at Orion Academy to Instagram through calm, informative behind-the-scenes reels. Your task is to plan, shoot, edit and publish short-form video that shows what really happens inside the academy: classroom moments, quiet study sessions, quick tutor tips, even how the team sets up before lessons. Every post should feel genuine, visually clean and on-brand while still tapping into current audio and reel trends. You will have full access to our campus in Andheri West, Mumbai, so being able to come on-site several times a week is essential. Once shot, you will refine the footage in tools you already love—Canva, CapCut, Descript, Claude or similar—then schedule the posts, write engaging captions, add hashtags and handle basic community interaction. Posts will also be related to educational content.
