Lead Generation & Luxury Branding Campaign for Gurgaon Real Estate (HNI/NRI Focus)

I am a professional Realtor based in Gurgaon, specializing in Luxury residential projects (e.g. Sobha, Krisumi, Central Park etc) and plotted developments (residential, health care plots) & corporate office acquisitions. I am looking for a high-level Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Expert to transform my social media presence into a "high-conversion engine." The goal is to establish a dominant brand identity that attracts Investors, HNIs, and NRIs. Key Deliverables: - Social Media Branding (Instagram & LinkedIn): - Develop a cohesive, premium visual identity (Reels, Carousels, Static Posts). - Create a content strategy that balances "Market Education" (Investment tips) with "Property Showcases." - Manage a professional content calendar (3-4 high-quality posts per week). - Lead Generation & Funnel Building: - Implement targeted lead-gen strategies (LinkedIn outreach, Instagram Lead Magnets). - Create "Comment-to-DM" automation or funnels to capture investor inquiries. - Focus on quality over quantity—leads must have high intent for Gurgaon investments. Engagement & Growth: - Organic growth strategies to reach NRIs and HNI circles. - Cleanup of inactive/bot followers to ensure high engagement rates. Ideal Freelancer Requirements: - Proven track record in Indian Real Estate marketing (specifically Gurgaon/NCR). - Experience in catering to the NRI/HNI segment. - Expertise in Canva/Adobe, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Meta Ads. - Strong understanding of Real Estate trends (2026) and local market dynamics (Gurugram).
