Im looking for someone to have about 30-60 minute chat about facebooks ad algorithm, auction queues, optimization logic, etc. Basically how does that algo work :)
Main thing I don't understand is why does facebook give you cheaper CPMs if your ad relevancy, user experience etc is better? Why would they charge you less rather then more.
I would potentially hire you for managing campaigns also, but this is initially just for a chat.

Hi there! Yup Facebook does have a way of doing things that can be a bit confusing, but it's simple enough to explain and to explain why it does that with CPM as well. I'm up for a chat :)
