The Marketing Manager & Sales Administrator's role is to own the communication of the event and execute it using digital tools and internal processes, as well as to own and execute the administration of the sales cycle.
Contribute to the realisation of events by communicating their characteristics with creative and administrative tasks, hire supporters who will function as external communication channels, manage the sales admin tasks and improve metrics: website visits, agenda downloads, sponsorship requests, email opens and clicks, interactions in social networks, registers, etc.
The objective for the first 6 months is to learn and execute the processes and tasks with guidance. After the 6-month trial period, you will be independently working and will start looking for process improvement.
Define the Marketing and supporters campaigns.
Run the email and social media activities for the campaigns.
Hire event supporters.
Process the incoming deals on HubSpot.
Initiate and complete the sales management strategy.
Route and execute the payment process.
Administrative activities at the event and after the event.
Occasional trips to Latin America and Europe.
Bilingual, English and Spanish. Portuguese or German is a plus.
Good business communication.
Excel: Administrator (Macros, Lookups).
Marketing and Sales Education.
Excellent time management.
Focused on going the extra mile.
1 year of marketing experience.
