• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections to the audiences
• Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries.
• Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
• Stay current with social media trends and tools
• Must be flexible as various tasks will be assigned when needed such as email marketing management
product listing creation, copywriting, etc
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 6 months to 1 year of Social Media Marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience).
• Experience including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and more.
• Knowledge of social media and analytics tool (Specifically Instamate).
• Graphic designing skills is a MUST!
• Speaks English fluently
