I’m growing Tuque into a leading active-wear brand and I need a visible, energetic partner who can own our Instagram Reels from start to finish. You’ll be the on-camera face of the brand, brainstorming and pitching ideas with me, heading outside to film authentic outdoor-activity content, and turning those shoots into polished, high-engagement Reels. What the day-to-day looks like • Plan and storyboard short scripts, hooks, and captions that fit our voice. • Head to trails, parks, local races, and community run meet-ups to capture footage. • Shoot and self-record confidently, then edit in your preferred mobile suite (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush—whatever keeps quality high and turnaround quick). • Publish directly to our Instagram account, schedule as needed with Meta Business Suite, and write captions/hashtags that spark conversation. • Track reach, saves, shares, and watch-through rates; share quick insights so we can iterate fast. • Jump on emerging Reel trends and tailor them to Tuque’s outdoor-minded audience. • Collaborate with athletes or micro-influencers when opportunity strikes, coordinating filming and ensuring brand guidelines are kept. Deliverables & cadence – 3 fresh Reels per week (15-60 sec each) featuring outdoor activities. – Brief performance report every Monday highlighting wins and next steps. Acceptance criteria 1. Reels match Tuque’s upbeat, inclusive tone and highlight real outdoor settings. 2. Video is vertical 1080 × 1920, clear audio, and captioned for silent viewers. 3. Posted on agreed schedule with insights provided.
