430904 Social Advertising Site - Twit

Hi All, I am looking to develop a site like [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] The idea is that users will sign up to the site, with their twitter account. And sponsored tweets will be sent using their accounts, and they will get paid per tweet. There should also be an admin feature, and tweeters should also be able to be categorized by country. The script should only tweet on user accounts who have atleast 50 followers. One more feature would be rather than auto posting on all accounts, members on the site should have the option of whether they would like to autopost, or they can simply pick the tweets they feel comfortable to post manually. I would also require developing the same thing for facebook users on the same site. So members can login with their facebook, then see available facebook ad options. Same concept as above but with facebook. Let me know if anyone is able to do this, and how much it would cost, how long it would take. Your urgent response is highly appreciated. Thanks, Hussain
