EventLog Monitor

I need a simple service that runs on a windows 2008 server that will monitor the event logs for a list of event IDs. If the event matches a list of IDs from a txt file it will run a command that is also indicated in the txt file. Some of the arguments in the command that will run will include the eventID that was generated and other variables defined on read. Example of Command to run after event is triggered: C:\[login to view URL] "EventID:4100" "MachineName" "Username" The Txt file will be a simple comma separated file that will be read on opening of the service. It will include the EventLog to monitor, Event ID to Alert on, CMD to run, Argument to run with command:[EventID], [MaachineName], etc etc. The program will match the variables in [] with available information it pulled during the alert and will match them to the command args. Kind of like Macros.
