Electronic Forms

We require an electronic form to be designed and built - with all functions required to down load / install / complete / operate / save / print / sending etc. Similar to InfoPath / Share Point or Adobe new Forms. Base technology: MS .NET Framework Forms Engine: ASP.NET/MySQL Forms Desktop Client: .NET Windows Forms Admin Dashboard: ASP.NET Encryption standard: AES 256bits The electronic form (client)– must operate on a stand alone basis with no dependencies on MS office, Adobe Acrobat nor MS Infopath). Transfer of data should be encrypted xml file We do NOT need or want a web based form - It is a requirement of the project that the electronic form can function on a standalone basis / non internet dependent (other than perhaps initial download and of course the sending functions submitting). Returned forms (backoffice) will need to be received / unpacked into a mysql database.
