Build an Inventory Report for our VB.NET Desktop Application

We are looking for an excellent VB.NET programmer to build a new inventory report into our current project.
== Technical details:
_ VB.NET 4.0
_ Visual Studio 2010
_ UI Controls are 100% Telerik Framework
_ MySQL Datbase, FTP Upload/Download
== Project requirements:
_ It should have all the functions of our old report written in VB6, we will provide the VB6 sourcecode for you reference. Basically it is just one search form with input controls and a GridView to display results.
_ It works like a Drill Down report, where you can double click on the GridView to get a more detailed report (see screenshots in attachment for example)
_ Add new feature with a button called "Inventory Map" which will bring up a visual representation of the warehouse or a part of the warehouse and show items graphically, based on the exact location of items in database. Pleaes check attached screenshots of the Inventory Map we created in Excel. The basic layout of this map will be hard-coded but we want some elements (especially the text and some small blocks within the warehouse) to be customizable.
_ Add a button "Export Inventory Map" which will dump the raw data into the first sheet of our Excel file. There must be an Admin Setting form that will allow users to upload (via FTP) the latest version of this file and the program should just be setup to dump data into the first sheet (there are many sheets in the Excel file), and let user download the file to view. We will provide the current Excel sheet for you to work on.
_ The Inventory Map is a lot bigger than a normal view screen (1280x800) so it must have an option to zoom in - zoom out and display full screen.
_ User can click on each block on the map to see a list of items in that specific location.
