I need a plugin for outlook which scans the sent items box on a schedule and compiles a report based on certain keywords. This report is then emailed to a certain address. This should be completely automated and require no user input unless changing keywords.
An example of the report would be:
"<EMAIL ADDRESS> sent x emails containing the keyword "<KEYWORD>". This user also sent x emails with the keyword "<OTHER KEYWORD>".
I would require this to work with Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2013 (client has all those versions).
Please submit a quote with an estimated timeframe. Please note, we cannot supply access to the clients environment as this would breach their internal security policies. The finished solution should be provided with clear instructions on how to install and configure it for each of the three outlook versions.
