BLUETOOTH COMMAND LINE TOOL FOR WINDOWS

Windows C OR C++ [login to view URL] all,I need a command line executable witch make the fonction below : 1- Make a Bluetooth dongle receiving BLE Low Energie datas from tags. 2- Return a list of BLE tags when I send a command «Scan». 3- Return datas of a BLE tag when I send a command «Read_xxxxxxxx» where xxxxx is the mac adress or the name of the tag. 4- Connect to a tag when I send command «Connect_to_xxxxx» 5- Send data to a BLE tag when I send command «Send_to_xxxxx_data-string. 6- Return the response of the tag after sending a «Send» command. Sources codes have to be sent after the validation of the project. Example of what I need for Windows is the application NrfTools for Android on the Google Store. Many source codes are available for free on github but need to compile all this fonctions on a unique executable for windows.
