Hi There, I have read your project details and the attached doc as well. I can understand that you want a crypto currency exchange platform. As i understood from doc people can deposit the money in form of fiat currency as well and then it will be converted in BTC or whateve base currency you have in order to trade. Apart of that this platform needs a wallet as well. You want to integrate the api of other exchanges as well like binance and other. I have already done 1 decentralized exchange that was based on 0x. It is in beta mod currently. Other than that i am creating the one currently that we are creating using mixin. So i have good team and understanding about this. We used c# and angular and node for the development and we hosted it on AWS blockchain enabled platform. For smart contract we used solidity.
